We encourage our clients to wear comfortable and fitted workout clothing, so your instructors can see your forms and alignment. For girls with long hair, we ask you to kindly tight your hair up so it won't get messy and bother you during class. Grip socks are required for both safety and sanitary reasons.  You can also find cute socks on our studio, 

We have a 24-hour cancellation policy. If you cancel your reservation within 24 hours of class it is considered a 'Late Cancel' and you will be charged for the class. If you cancel your class before that 24-hour period that credit will be returned back to your account. 

For safety reason and not to disrupt the class in progress, clients arriving more thank 10 mins late will have to wait to join the second half of the class.

WE LOVE NEWCOMERS AT ENCHANTEE PILATES! we recommend you have taken at lease 5 private/duet session prior your first group class.

To ensure smooth scheduling and fairness for all clients, the following policy applies when changes are made to a Duet Pilates session:

1. Duet to Trio Upgrade
   If a third person joins an existing Duet session (making it a Trio), each of the Duet clients will receive a $10 refund.
2. Duet to Quartet Upgrade
   In some case, we might need to combine two duet sessions to a quartet (if one of  instructor is not available, ). If client agreed to continue the class, each of the Duet clients receive $20 refund

To ensure smooth scheduling and fairness for all clients, the following policy applies when changes are made to a Duet Pilates session:

1. Duet to Private Session
   If one participant is unable to attend and the remaining client wishes to proceed as a Private session:
    
   • An additional $30 fee will be charged to convert the session into a Private.
      
   • Alternatively, the client may cancel or reschedule the session according to our standard cancellation policy.
     

To ensure smooth scheduling and fairness for all clients, the following policy applies when changes are made to a Duet Pilates session:

1. Cancellations Due to Change
   If neither the upgrade to Trio nor the Private session option is chosen, the session will be cancelled. Standard cancellation policies apply.
    

Please notify us at least 24 hours in advance if you anticipate a change, so we can accommodate you and adjust billing accordingly.

We offer a smaller setting group class for our mama! Please check class booking system for prenatal group class. We do not allow or advise you to begin a group class (intermediate and above) while pregnant. If you are currently an Enchantee client and pregnant,  Please do consult with your doctor and talk to us before you decide to continue your group class (not allow to take group for 3rd trimester). Remember to be kind to your body and take your time to getting back into a workout routine.
