Our studio offers most professional pilates equipment from Balanced Body to organize your body. Our 50mins long group class are 25mins on the Cadillac and 25mins on the reformer with different props. We encourage our clients to wear comfortable and fitted workout clothing, so your instructors can see your forms and alignment. For girls with long hair, we ask you to kindly tight your hair up so it won't get messy and bother you during class. Grip socks are required for both safety and sanitary reasons. We have a 12-hour cancellation policy for group and 24 hours for private/semi private. If you cancel your reservation within 12/24 hours of class it is considered a 'Late Cancel' and you will be charged $35 late fee for the class. If you cancel your class before that period that credit will be returned back to your account.
For safety reason and not to disrupt the class in progress, clients arriving more thank 10 mins late will have to wait to join the second half of the class. If you are more than 10 minutes late to class, you will be denied entry and your spot may be made available to another client.
WE LOVE NEWCOMERS AT ENCHANTEE PILATES! we recommend you have taken at lease 5 private/duet session prior your first group class.
