Welcome to Studio By Enchantée! We’re excited to have you here. To ensure a positive experience for all our clients, please review our studio policies below:
1. Late Cancellation Policy Cancellation Window: Cancellations must be made at least 12 hours in advance. Late Cancellations: If you cancel within 12 hours of your scheduled class, a late cancellation fee will be charged. No-Show Policy: Failure to attend a class without prior notice will result in a no-show fee.
2. Grip Socks Required Attire: For safety and hygiene reasons, grip socks are required during all classes. Purchase Available: Grip socks can be purchased at the studio if you do not have your own.
3. Food and Drink Policy No Foods: Please refrain from bringing food into the studio. This helps maintain a clean and pleasant environment for everyone. Beverages: Water is allowed; please use a reusable water bottle to stay hydrated during your practice.
4. General Conduct Punctuality: Please arrive on time for your class to ensure a smooth experience for all participants.
Respectful Environment: We encourage a supportive and respectful atmosphere. Please be mindful of your fellow practitioners.

After graduating with her master’s degree in 2018, Kayla began practicing Pilates, discovering it to be a refreshing and enjoyable form of exercise. She initially turned to Pilates to address the shoulder and back pain caused by poor posture from long hours in her finance job, as well as knee discomfort from years of running. With consistent practice, these issues resolved.
Determined to deepen her understanding of Pilates, Kayla enrolled in a comprehensive training program. In early 2023, she completed the Balanced Body Comprehensive Program Training, fulfilling the required 520 hours.
Kayla emphasizes the importance of breath, guiding her clients to learn breathing techniques that enhance their Pilates practice. She specializes in core strengthening, using progressive exercises and proper breathing to help clients engage their core effectively, improving posture and alleviating back pain.
She encourages clients to explore their strengths and connect their minds to their bodies. After living in New York for 15 years, she moved to the Bay Area with her beloved boyfriend, Benjamin, leaving behind the hustle of city life and the pressures of finance.
Kayla is passionate about Pilates and loves building relationships with her clients. She aims to provide everyone interested in Pilates with a systematic and informed approach, understanding why to practice, how to do it, and the benefits of their efforts.
